Devin Booker was continually the target of Klay Thompson’s taunts.

On Tuesday night, when dealing with Devin Booker, Klay Thompson again used the same remark.

In the 134-105 loss to the Phoenix Suns for the Golden State Warriors, Thompson had a difficult start. In the game, he made 1/8 of his shots and went 0/4 when Booker was defending him. Midway through the third quarter, the two got into an altercation, and they received double technical fouls. After a referee gave Thompson a second technical foul, he was dismissed (video here).

Thompson was ejected after being caught flashing Booker four fingers to indicate his four championships.

With his fourth championship under his belt, Thompson has earned his success in the league. He correctly notes that the Warriors triumph when it matters, which is not in late October even if he is aware of the Suns’ status as a strong contender. Booker made it clear that Klay was in big trouble.
