Liberal celebs claim they are fleeing Twitter now that Elon Musk is in charge, causing a left-wing meltdown

In the hours following Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter, a number of leftist celebrities have logged out.

Mick Foley, a WWE Hall of Famer, promised to remove his Twitter account if Musk were to become CEO. His account is no longer visible on the platform, but his podcast’s account is still there.

Foley earlier tweeted, “I do not have a good feeling about where this platform is heading.

Howard Dean, a former governor of Vermont, similarly declared he would stop using Twitter “within a few hours” of Musk acquired the company. He last tweeted updates from around the time the news was announced, so it seems like he kept his word. His account is still active on the website.

“Hello, Twittersphere. Thank you very much for your wisdom and sharing over the previous eight to ten years, “At the time, Dean tweeted.

Ken Olin, the platform’s executive producer for the television program This is Us, made his departure public on Friday.

Olin wrote, “Hey everybody, I’m out of here. No judgement.” “Let’s look for world peace. Let’s look to safeguard our democracy. Let’s try to be nicer. Let’s try to save the planet. Let’s attempt to be more generous.”

If Musk were to take over Twitter, the author Amy Siskind would have told her more than 500,000 followers to find her there, but she has been active on the site instead, calling Twitter “garbage.” In the past, actress Jameela Jamil said she would leave the site as well, but she has kept up her posting even hours after the transaction was completed on Friday.

Jamil stated on Twitter in April, “One nice thing about Elon purchasing twitter is that I will *FINALLY* quit and stop being a terrible danger to society on here. So, everyone benefits, in a way.
