When asked about how much focus his team will give to Cowboys linebacker/pass rusher/game-changer Micah Parsons, Eagles coach Nick Sirianni may have delivered the highest praise to an opponent.
Parsons reminded Sirianni of his time as an offensive coordinator with the Los Angeles Chargers, when head coach Mike McCoy would question Sirianni about how well he had prepared for Von Miller’s and Khalil Mack’s AFC West divisional opponents, the Broncos and the Raiders, respectively.
Hey, did you think about Vaughn Miller today? or Did you think about Khalil Mack today? (McCoy would inquire). said Sirianni. “Everyone in his life didn’t give him as much thought as we did today, I said. We’ll operate in the same manner this week.”
