Woman discovers a dinosaur claw in her garden: Expert response raises more questions

Laura Moorcroft, a woman from the United Kingdom, and her husband discovered what appeared to be “dinosaur claws” in their garden.

The discovery was made at their home in Wales, England.

People speculated on what the strange animal part could be as it went viral on social media.

How did the discovery come about?

According to the woman who discovered the claw, the event shocked her because the limb had the appearance of a somewhat “alive” remains of an extinct species or one of those featured in the famous film saga “Jurassic Park.”

Laura observed that the discovery appeared to be a claw at first glancesimilar to that of a lizard, but she didn’t think it belonged to a dinosaur because she and her husband are fans of Steven Spielberg’s film.

“To us, it looks prehistoric: a scaly lizard-like claw,” she explained.

“Because we’re big Jurassic Park fans, we immediately assumed it was from a dinosaur.”

The woman and her husband decided to take the claw to a veterinary specialist at a nearby zoo so he could tell them what it was.

The woman also posted a photo of the claw on social media, and some users chimed in with their theories.

Some speculated that it was a bird, while others suspected it was a reptile.
